This free 25 minutes consultation takes place on availability. The objective is to understand your needs for functional programs that encourage a healthy movement lifestyle, and help you achieve balance between mind, body, and spirit to enjoy life. It can be virtual, on the phone or in person.

All packages must be used 2 months from date of purchase. Please provide a 24-hour notice to cancel your service or you will be charged the full amount. Please text or call to cancel your appointment with ample notification.
