This free 25 minutes consultation takes place on availability. The objective is to understand your needs for functional programs that encourage a healthy movement lifestyle, and help you achieve balance between mind, body, and spirit to enjoy life. It can be virtual, on the phone or in person.

Cancellation Policy

Please NOTE: This is a requirement. You must Cancel your appointment within 26 hours of your scheduled session to avoid charges. If you are scheduled at 3pm Tuesday you must cancel by 1pm on Monday. It is difficult to fill the spots without proper cancellation time. Thank you
